Service Description
The Expressive Journey A 10-Session Series for Embodied Clarity When talking isn’t enough, your body still remembers. The Expressive Journey is a guided 10-session series that helps you reconnect with yourself through movement, awareness, and creative expression. If you’ve ever felt disconnected from your body, stuck in your emotions, or unsure how to express what’s inside, this process offers a new way in. Through gentle exploration — integrating movement, breathwork, and expressive art such as dance, journaling, or symbolic gesture — you’ll learn to listen to your body’s signals and uncover the wisdom it holds. Each session builds upon the last: Awakening Awareness – Begin by slowing down and noticing how your body feels and responds. Learn simple ways to ground, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Embodied Exploration – Through guided movement and creative expression, explore your emotions, boundaries, and personal rhythm in a way that feels natural and freeing. Integration & Closure – Reflect on what you’ve discovered and create simple practices or rituals to help you stay connected to your body in daily life. The Expressive Journey is a bridge back to yourself — a structured yet soulful process for cultivating self-trust, emotional freedom, and embodied understanding.
Cancellation Policy
By purchasing or participating in any offering provided by The Expressive Apothecary, including individual sessions, packages, workshops, classes, groups, presentations, special events, and digital products, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following: Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise arranged in writing. ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. Unused or expired sessions, packages, workshops, classes, groups, events, and digital products are not eligible for refunds, credits, transfers, or make-up sessions. If The Expressive Apothecary cancels an offering, participants may be offered rescheduling, credit, or a refund. Individual sessions expire 30 days from purchase. Session packages expire 30 days after the scheduled end of the package. Expired sessions are forfeited. Individual sessions require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule by text (831-758-4267) or email (theexpressiveapothecary@gmail.com). Messages sent through social media are not accepted. Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit the session or incur the full session fee. Workshops, classes, groups, and special events are not eligible for rescheduling unless otherwise stated. I understand that participation may involve physical movement and emotional self-reflection. I voluntarily assume all risks, affirm that I am physically able to participate, and accept responsibility for consulting a healthcare provider regarding any condition that could affect my participation. I understand that services provided by The Expressive Apothecary are educational and wellness-oriented and are not medical treatment, mental health treatment, or emergency care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless The Expressive Apothecary, its owner, instructors, facilitators, employees, contractors, and volunteers from liability arising from my participation. By completing my purchase or registration, I agree to these Terms & Conditions.
